Delete your FinGem-AI Account

Account deletion overview

You can permanently delete your FinGem-AI account and request removal of your personal data at any time. Account deletion is currently performed by our support team after we verify your request.

• Deletion requests must be sent from the email address registered to your FinGem-AI account so we can confirm ownership.
• Some financial or legal records may be retained where required by applicable law, including UK tax, accounting, or regulatory obligations.
• Account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.
• After deletion, you will lose access to all subscriptions, imported data, budgets, portfolios, and AI history associated with your account.

How to request deletion

1. Send an email to our support team

   Email support@fingem-ai.com with the subject line Delete Account Request.

2. Include the required information

   • Your registered email address
   • An optional reason for deletion

3. Support will verify ownership

   Our team will confirm that the request comes from the account holder before proceeding.

4. Your account will be permanently deleted

   Once verified, your account and associated personal data will be permanently deleted, subject to any legal retention requirements.

Important notes

• Account deletion cannot be reversed once completed.
• Export any data you wish to keep before requesting deletion. You can export your transaction history from within the FinGem-AI application.
