1. Service description
FinGem-AI provides software to help UK users organise personal finances, connect bank accounts (where enabled), and review transactions in GBP. The marketing site (https://fingem-ai.com) is informational; the application (https://app.fingem-ai.com) requires authentication.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract in the United Kingdom. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans (Plus, Pro, Ultra) are billed in British Pounds through Stripe. Prices shown on the marketing site are indicative; the in-app checkout displays the authoritative amount. You may cancel according to Stripe and in-app billing controls.
4. Open Banking
Bank connections rely on regulated third-party providers. You authorise access per institution and may revoke consent at any time through your bank or within the app where supported.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the API, attempt unauthorised access, reverse engineer security controls, or use the service for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
6. Not financial advice
FinGem-AI provides informational tools and AI-assisted summaries. We do not provide regulated financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Consult a qualified professional before making material financial decisions.
7. Availability and changes
Features marked "Coming soon" are under active development and may change before release. We may modify or discontinue parts of the service with reasonable notice where practicable.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FinGem-AI is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.
