What is FinGem-AI?+
FinGem-AI is a personal finance platform for UK users. It helps you connect bank data, organise transactions in GBP, and — as AI features roll out — turn activity into actionable insights.
Which banks are supported?+
Pro plans include UK Open Banking connections through TrueLayer. Supported institutions depend on TrueLayer coverage in sandbox or live mode. Check the app after signing in for the latest connection list.
Is my data secure?+
Authentication uses industry-standard JWT sessions. Bank tokens are encrypted at rest on the API. We never store card numbers or passwords for your bank — Open Banking uses regulated consent flows.
What currency does FinGem-AI use?+
FinGem-AI is built for British Pounds (£ / GBP). Pricing, balances, and transaction displays default to GBP.
Where do I sign in?+
The authenticated application lives at app.fingem-ai.com. Marketing pages on fingem-ai.com link there for login and onboarding.
Can I cancel my subscription?+
Yes. Subscriptions are managed through Stripe. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from the app once billing is enabled for your account.
Are AI features available today?+
Core dashboard, accounts, and Pro bank sync are available now. Gemini-powered CSV parsing, categorisation, anomaly detection, and Ultra planning tools are on the roadmap and marked coming soon in our pricing.
